Thought I would ask you experts here as Google really isn't all that helpful or I don't know how to search properly. Got a newer Dell laptop. Windows 10. Problem is when I hit the power button, this thing refuses to come on 9 times out of 10. Ran across a web page that suggested I take out the battery, unplug the power adapter, and press the power button for 30 seconds, thereby clearing the system of power. It's supposed to help get rid of the small static buildup inside the computer...
